1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging at info@houseofgeet.com.
Our team will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once the returned product passes quality checks, we will dispatch the replacement item or issue store credit.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
